We're looking for a technical and creative Business Development Representative to help scale AI-driven outreach and GTM workflows.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in BDR, growth, outbound sales, or technical operations
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and automation platforms
  • Technical mindset with ability to build and optimize workflows
  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Self-starter who likes experimenting and moving fast
  • Experience with eCommerce, retail, or fashion brands — advantage
  • Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, GPT workflows, Zapier, Make, or similar — advantage

What you'll do

  • Build AI-powered outbound and lead generation workflows
  • Research and identify relevant ICPs and accounts
  • Test new acquisition channels and outreach strategies
  • Work directly with the founders on GTM initiatives
  • Optimize messaging, targeting, and automation systems

Marketing Lead

Tellos is an extremely visual company, and this role will play a major part in bringing our story and capabilities to the world.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing social media channels
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and storytelling
  • Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
  • Ability to understand and communicate to eCommerce and fashion ICPs
  • Experience building marketing strategies and content calendars
  • Hands-on mindset with strong execution capabilities
  • Fashion, retail, or creator economy experience — advantage
  • eCommerce experience — big advantage
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools — advantage

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to work closely with brands using Tellos AI for ongoing AI photoshoots and content creation.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles
  • Experience working with US customers and brands
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with fashion, retail, eCommerce, or creative production — advantage
  • Understanding of AI content creation workflows — advantage
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
